There's much to learn here and things to do. So, book your time, show up at 1015 Ominica Street East in Moose Jaw, and learn all there is to know about building a home. A limited number of work boots, hard hats etc are available to borrow on site. We hope you enjoy your time with us!
The success of Habitat for Humanity Regina - Moose Jaw Chapter relies on the contributions of its many volunteers. Most people think of construction work or the ReStore when they think about volunteering for Habitat, but our need for volunteers goes well beyond that.
If you feel that your expertise is best directed to behind the scenes work, please consider joining one of the committees of Habitat for Humanity Moose Jaw. Each committee performs an essential function for the organization. Additionally, each committee requires a diversity of skills, life experience, and viewpoints. If you have experience in one of these areas and want to help families in your community, we encourage you to apply for one of the Moose Jaw committee volunteer positions listed below.
Have a look at what each committee does and see if there is a place that you would fit in well. We invite you to contact our Chapter Lead, Donna Watts at 306-347-4670 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
Recruit volunteers for the construction project and for fundraising events as needed. Register and coordinate volunteers and ensure that they have training as needed.

Habitat Moose Jaw is so excited to welcome Kathy and Carter into their new home!
Thank you to our many committee members, donors, supporters, and volunteers for helping to fulfill Kathy and Carter's homeownership dream.
Here is what Kathy shared about what this day means to her:
“Working 6 days a week, being away from Carter and spending my one day off doing all the mom duties we can’t avoid. It was hard on him that I was gone every Saturday, but Carter always has a way of looking on the bright side, and it doesn’t get any brighter than this! All those days, all the hours come down to this. I will get to spend my days with him, surrounded by the walls that I help build. I can chase him down the hall stepping on the floor that I helped lay. Play hide and seek and find him hiding under the stairs where the walls are filled with signatures of all the wonderful people that helped make my dream, our dream come true. Here it is. Today is the day. I get to take his hand, walk through that door and tell him “Welcome home”.”
