    Darren is the vice-president of the Habitat for Humanity Regina board of directors and is currently serving as the chair of the Governance Committee. He got his first exposure to Habitat to Humanity when he went to El Salvador on a Global Village Build. He believes that the foundation of a good community is a safe home. Darren is the Senior Vice-President Operations, Prairie at Farm Credit Canada.

     

     

     

     

  • Dezarae SenftDezarae Senft is a lawyer with Miller Thomson LLP. The primary focus of her practice includes Corporate Finance and Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Governance and general Corporate/Commercial law. Since moving to Regina over two years ago, Dezarae has been actively seeking opportunities to become involved in the community. Her extensive experience as a corporate lawyer in private practice enables Dezarae to be a valuable member of the Habitat Regina Board. During the course of her career, Dezarae has demonstrated a commitment to the public and the legal profession through community service. She has served as a board member and lead volunteer on numerous animal rescue organizations in Alberta. In her free time, Dezarae enjoys travelling, cycling and spending time with family and friends.

  • kathryn wildKathryn is a member of the Habitat for Humanity Regina board of Directors serving as the chair of the Governance Committee. Kathryn is an Operational Risk Advisor at Farm Credit Canada and is dedicated to the development and maintenance of our community culture. As a result, she contributes to numerous organizations in Regina which are making a positive impact locally. Kathryn volunteers with Habitat Regina because she is passionate about building the most positive community possible. When she is not busy volunteering her time, Kathryn is active on two soccer teams, runs a custom cupcake business and sells her creativity on esty.

     

     

     

  • Paul-MorozIn the City of Regina, Paul has played a leading role in the development of major residential projects including Harbour Landing, Wascana View and Lakeridge. As the Development Manager for Daytona Land, his responsibilities include land acquisition, procurement of municipal approvals, land use planning, engineering, construction, surveying, landscaping, legal, marketing and sales. He is a Director and former director of the National, Provincial and Regina Boards of the Canadian Homebuilders Association, and an active member of the CHBA Urban Council think tank. He has earned several awards for his contributions to the homebuilding industry. Paul also sits on the board of the Regina chapter of Habitat for Humanity.

     

     

     

  • reg-robinsonReg Robinson is currently a Managing Principal at Solvera Solutions, one of western Canada’s fastest-growing information technology and business consulting firms.  Reg co-founded the firm over a decade ago and has brought a focus on people and quality service to his executive role.  In addition to Reg’s business and IT career, which has spanned over 30 years, he has been involved with Habitat for Humanity for the past several years and is currently a member of the Board. Reg lives in Regina with his wife Sheri-Dawn who, like Reg, is an avid Habitat champion and hands-on volunteer on both local and Global Village projects.

     

     

     

  • rick-burtonRick became Deputy Minister of Saskatchewan Agriculture, effective July 1, 2016 and has been with the Ministry of Agriculture for over 25 years in various positions. He previously held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister, Policy, since October of 2013, and Assistant Deputy Minister of Regulatory and Innovation, from April 2008 to October 2013. Prior to joining the Deputy Minister’s Office in April 2008, Rick held various positions in the Ministry, including Director for the Crop Development Branch and Director of the Policy Branch.

    Rick has a BSA in Agriculture Economics from the University of Saskatchewan and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Regina.  He has completed the Directors Education Program and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Rick sits on the Saskatchewan Crop Insurance Corporation Board of Directors and the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership Board of Directors. Rick was born in Kipling, Saskatchewan, but has lived in Regina for over 25 years.  Rick is married to his wife Anna and they have two sons (Hunter and Lane).  

  • rich-monseesRick Monsees is a member of the Habitat for Humanity Regina Board of Directors.  He is a Senior Manager at MNP (formally known as Meyers Norris Penny) in the private enterprise team, with a focus in the real estate and construction industry.  He believes in the positive impact Habitat for Humanity has on families and the community and is honoured to be part of the organization.

     

     

     

  • stu niebergallAs President & CEO of the Regina & Region Home Builders' Association Stu represents its members - Community Developers, New Home Builders, Trade Contractors, Renovators, Service & Supply Companies. These members create the new homes and neighbourhoods which Regina and area citizens call home. Stu also dedicates his time to the Richard Ivey School of Business, Canadian Home Builders' Association – Saskatchewan and Regina Crime Stoppers. In his personal time Stu has completed many marathons and triathlons. "Running is not easy, yet the average person can do it if they choose to. For me, volunteering with Habitat Regina is very similar."

     

     

     

  • susan zwarychSusan is a member of the Habitat for Humanity Regina board of Directors and currently holds the title of Senior Community Investment Consultant with Conexus Credit Union. For over 30 years she has enjoyed working with Conexus Credit Union and Sherwood Credit Union in the marketing department, with her focus over the past 15 years being community development and corporate citizenship. Susan volunteers with Habitat Regina to make a difference in the lives of families in and around Regina. She believes that everyone deserves a decent place to live and tries herself to make a small difference each day!

     

     

     

  • terry-heavisidesTerry Heavisides is currently Chair of the Habitat for Humanity Regina board of directors. He is a Director, Wealth Management at Prairieview Group, Scotia Wealth Management. He has been involved with Habitat for Humanity dating back over 25 years, having participated in his first build as a teenager. Terry strongly believes in the vision of Habitat Regina and in creating the opportunity of homeownership for deserving families.

     

     

  • yvonne-slabodianYvonne is a member of the Habitat for Humanity Regina board of directors. She is a business owner and entrepreneur within the city. Previously she has owned three health care businesses and presently owns the real estate investment company, asOne Investments and an intergenerational care home business. Her dedication to Habitat stems in many ways; she is the co-chair of the 200K Women Build as well as a member of the Haultain Project committee and Fundraising committee. Yvonne strongly believes in building businesses within the community that have a social impact.
