This is a part time, 30 hours per week, permanent position with Habitat for Humanity Regina.
Habitat for Humanity Regina is a non-profit organization that works to break the cycle of poverty through affordable homeownership for low income, hard-working families.
We are currently looking to fill a staff position to be the first impression of the volunteer program at Habitat for Humanity Regina. This position will provide a welcoming and organized atmosphere for volunteers at the build site and the ReStore. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am-2:00pm. This position will report to the Volunteer Coordinator.
This position’s base will be the Habitat for Humanity build site trailer located at 1033 Edgar Street, this position will also have daily responsibilities at the ReStore located at 1740 Broder Street. A reliable vehicle is a must for this position.
The main tasks of the position will include providing the daily volunteer orientation and waiver signings for volunteers at both locations, along with overseeing lunch, clean up and organizational duties.
