Paul Moroz

Paul-MorozIn the City of Regina, Paul has played a leading role in the development of major residential projects including Harbour Landing, Wascana View and Lakeridge. As the Development Manager for Daytona Land, his responsibilities include land acquisition, procurement of municipal approvals, land use planning, engineering, construction, surveying, landscaping, legal, marketing and sales. He is a Director and former director of the National, Provincial and Regina Boards of the Canadian Homebuilders Association, and an active member of the CHBA Urban Council think tank. He has earned several awards for his contributions to the homebuilding industry. Paul also sits on the board of the Regina chapter of Habitat for Humanity.
